Evidence, not resumes.

Why we’re building this

A resume is a list of things a person says about themselves. A keyword filter decides whether anyone reads it. The interview, if there is one, asks questions nobody checks. At the end there is a score, and everyone who uses it knows it is wrong.

We think the shape of what someone has actually done says more than any number. So Alphire builds that shape: an adaptive interview that tests instead of asks, artifacts and real work read for what they demonstrate, and a graph that records only what was evidenced, graded by how strong the evidence is. Mentioning a thing is not knowing it.

You build your graph once and match against many roles. Recruiters see what you have done and how deep it goes, never your transcript. Nothing is collapsed into a single score.

Hiring should start from what is true.
